“When I was working at a Municipal Tourist Office in Sweden, we once took part in some open days organized by a teaching centre. I was surprised because there was no cashier at the school canteen. Instead, there was a small basket where students and teachers put the money for the food consumed and they also took the money back, if necessary, by themselves. I asked one of my co-workers how the school controlled that each one pays the corresponding amount without tricking. The amazing point is that my co-worker asked me why it should be necessary to control people.”
